More than 15 years in purchasing and procurement positions. Used to work for several FMCG famous brands in Poland: Stella Pack, Pepsi, Stock Polska, PKN Orlen, MARS, Ciech. I managed thousands of indexes and purchasing categories with spend of hundreds of millions PLN. Delivered saving and managed the teams of professionals.

Last year I started the private business with aim to support foreign companies. The first foreign company needed the support to enter Polish coal market. The purpose of the project was to analyse the market, provide information about the niches and mainstreams, competition, prices and distribution system. The project also required to seek and contact potential distributors, initiate the sales, support official communication, support negotiations and meeting translation, frequent travels around Poland.

My focus is on FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), fuel and energy categories. These are the categories I understand most and can guarantee outstanding results!

In my life-span I have gone through all the corporate job positions - from a specialist, through a category manager to the team leader and purchasing director. I know the nature and expectations of family businesses and international corporations. I have learnt what are the expectations of owners of small companies and requirements of shareholders of stock exchange companies. I went through several professional trainings and applied practical knowledge in the field of management and technical purchasing competences, building strategy and team motivation. Graduated Faculty of Economics at UMCS in Lublin, post-graduate studies at the Faculty of European Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Fluent Polish (native), English and Russian in business use. I live in Lublin but do frequent travels country-wide and abroad.

I do analysis of the market potential and dynamics, provide the information about the competition, legal and cultural differences – this all to verify if CEE market is the opportunity for your business.

Your product needs the comparison to the competition’s offer on the market. This requires to compare price levels in different distribution channels, see your competition strength and weakness, run initial talks with buyers and distributors about the business offer.

Each product and service is sold through unique distribution – my job is to select best available distribution chains, contact the buyers or decision makers, agree the official meetings and start communication. The target is to open the distribution doors for your product. The next steps are: initial sales, getting the fresh feedback from the clients and setup the sale contracts.

Whatever commercial talks your business runs – I can support you with the knowledge about the local market, cultural differences and the steps you need to be aware while getting into large scale business in CEE. The business culture in CEE differs from West-EU and you need to take into consideration human aspect. Do not let your business go down due to untrustworthy or unstable partner.

I am your company's eyes and hands on CEE market – I speak English, Russian, Polish (native). I will do first contacts with your potential clients, I will represent your company and do all necessary initial operations on behalf of your company: rent the office, manage the construction of the company webpage, contact the authorities, contact suppliers… that’s not all! Soon after the company would like to come and see all here in CEE – I would take care of the travel logistics and provide commercial translations.

Remuneration

The scope of the services and the remuneration is defined in the contract.

The remuneration can be set in the following ways:

  • daily or monthly rate,
  • pre-payments + success fee,
  • mixed mode.

My services are the cost to your company on the basis of VAT invoices. All the rest is the INVESTMENT into sales on the new markets – opportunity for your company to grow!
